Job summary

Novogene Europe is seeking a detail-oriented administrator for inventory, ERP, and lab support based in Cambridge. You will register and process samples, run experiments, and upload results within defined timeframes, while maintaining purchase orders and stock levels.

You will handle routine lab maintenance, coordinate monthly inventory counts, and generate reports on demand and supply performance. Collaboration with HQ ERP, Finance, and IT teams is essential to support lab operations and ensure

• Bilingual English and Mandarin required.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization abilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail for office tasks.
• A teamwork mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Register and process samples, conduct experiments, and upload results within defined time frames.
• Perform routine lab maintenance including ordering/receiving supplies and updating inventory logs.
• Maintain accurate and timely purchase order processing.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise to ensure proper levels.
• Utilize MRP and inventory management skills to meet production needs with minimal stock.
• Lead monthly inventory counts and provide reports on demand/supply/performance.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with China HQ ERP, Finance, and Information teams to support lab operations.
• Adhere to ISO 17025:2017, GCLP, and Human Tissue Act (2004) quality and safety standards.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager.
