Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and quotation activity for the Manchester laboratory.
• Assist with day-to-day commercial administration and sample media orders.
• Support follow-up activity to convert opportunities and drive repeat business.
• Liaise with laboratory teams and management to resolve enquiries promptly.
• Occasional local sample collections using a company van may be required.
