HR GO Group is seeking a Laboratory Assistant for a temporary assignment in Elsenham, Essex. The role runs Tuesday to Friday with a 4-day working pattern and full training provided. You will support the formulation team with product preparation, sample management, and lab administration.

Qualifications

• Interest in working in a laboratory or product development environment.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Able to learn new processes quickly and follow procedures.
• Available to work Tuesday to Friday and commit to the assignment through December.

Responsibilities

• Preparing product batches for testing and development.
• Sending samples for microbiological and product testing.
• Updating and maintaining information on internal systems.
• Supporting the formulation team with day-to-day laboratory activities.
• Organising samples, materials, and laboratory documentation.
• Coordinating laboratory tasks and ensuring records are up to date.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
