  • Work collaboratively at all times to support all functions, customers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. Manage projects and project documentation to an externally auditable level.
  • Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained.
You can count on us for:
  • Being part of a dynamic team at the core of our company.
  • A full range of benefits as expected from a successful company.
  • Opportunities for growth and development.
  • Encouraging a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects individual differences and backgrounds.
You will bring:
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 GCSEs/O-Levels or A Level in a relevant subject.
  • Ability to read English and comprehend technical writing, as found in customer specifications and other relevant documentation.
  • Computer literate (experience with Excel & Word).
  • Experience of working in a team environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educated to an HNC/HND level in a relevant field.
  • Practical experience operating machining equipment.
  • Experience with composite panel fabrication or using universal test machines (MTS, Instron, Zwick, etc.) and data acquisition software.
  • Strong knowledge of composite materials covering a range of matrix & reinforcement technologies.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and LIMS (LabWare) software.
  • Three or more years working at an industrial/technology company.
You will get:
  • Competitive salary
  • 16 or more weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
  • Training platform for all employees
  • Free language courses (24 languages available)
  • Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological)
Additional information:
  • Working a three-shift pattern, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required occasionally to meet business demands.
