We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Lab Technician for our Technical department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily finished product testing of insulation foam, manufacturing of Uniblend 8020, offloading bulk chemical raw materials, and other raw materials. The role involves continuous improvement, quality assurance, and health, safety & welfare promotion, aligned with Unilin’s core values of passion, entrepreneurship, excellence, and respect.

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Tasks and Duties:

• Work within the ethos and standards of the company
• Perform regular checks and testing
• Prepare and package samples as required
• Update and maintain all company records
• Liaise with hauliers and raw material planners for deliveries
• Carry out forklift activities as required
• Handle goods inward duties for chemicals and raw materials
• Conduct stocktaking of raw materials
• Provide reports to the technical department
• Produce Uniblend 8020 on site and ensure it meets specifications
• Take chemical samples and conduct basic analyses
• Assist in trial work and safety, environmental, and quality inspections
• Perform any other tasks as directed by management
• Maintain flexibility in working hours to meet business needs
