Job summary

Next Phase Recruitment seeks a Lab Informatics Partner Manager to drive growth through a global network of resellers, distributors, hardware integration partners, and strategic alliances in the life sciences space.

You will own and grow the partner ecosystem, shape channel strategy, recruit and enable partners, manage performance and revenue impact, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to execute joint go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of channel or partner management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, scientific software, or life sciences.
  • Proven ability to recruit, enable, and manage external partners to deliver revenue goals.
  • Strong knowledge of channel models, GTM strategies, and partner programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and optimize the partner network, taking full ownership of partner relationships, pipeline visibility, and enablement.
  • Develop and execute the company’s channel strategy.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate partners across target markets and segments.
  • Manage QBRs, set performance targets, and report revenue impact. Coordinate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product for joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Create and maintain onboarding, training, and partner marketing resources.
  • Track and analyze lead routing, partner-generated pipeline, and conversion metrics.
  • Partner recruitment, engagement, and enablement.
  • Commercial negotiation and contract management.
  • Strategic business planning and execution.
  • CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
