Job summary

Scaled Solutions Ltd, part of Celnor Group, is hiring an Engineering Project Manager in Livingston to lead a team delivering bespoke laboratory equipment and services. Qualifications

• Essential engineering, technical or scientific expertise.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn bespoke laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of engineers producing custom-made laboratory test equipment.
• Oversee routine servicing, calibration and repair of existing equipment.
• Plan and timetable resources, equipment and consumables for projects and maintenance activity.
• Manage projects day to day to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and technical reports in collaboration with engineers.
• Oversee the design, creation and documentation of test apparatus and manuals.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer communication and technical sales.
• Manage facilities requirements, liaising with contractors and supporting laboratory operations.
• Monitor HSE compliance across workshop and laboratory environments.
• Produce financial reporting for engineering projects and departmental performance.
