Stem Recruitment Solutions is working with our client to recruit a Laboratory Admin Assistant based in Edinburgh on a temporary contract.

You will assist with specific lab activities, handle samples, update paperwork and spreadsheets, and organise collection and delivery of samples using the company van.

A team player with good organisational skills and attention to Health & Safety practices is essential to keep the lab running smoothly.

At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Laboratory Admin Assistant based in Edinburgh.

This is a temporary contract

Duties:

• Assist with specific Lab activities as directed by the Supervisor and Team Leader.
• Operate all material handling equipment with due care and diligence at all times in strict compliance with Health & Safety work practices.
• Handling Samples while maintaining the Lab to a high housekeeping standard at all times.
• Processing samples, labelling sample jars, completing related paperwork, and updating spreadsheets.
• Organising collection and delivery of samples using company van.
• A team player who can contribute to the smooth operation of all lab functions.
