Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for flexible placements across Neath Port Talbot. You will support children with learning, daily routines and development in varied Early Years settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 in Childcare, have experience in Early Years, and can adapt to different nurseries with reliability and a positive, caring approach. This is a temporary, ad-hoc position with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of ECPLC in Wales.
• Ability to adapt confidently to different nursery environments.
• Caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mix of private day nurseries, Flying Start settings and Cylch Meithrins across Neath Port Talbot. These settings provide welcoming and engaging environments where children are encouraged to learn, develop and build their confidence through play.

We are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to provide flexible support across a range of Early Years settings. The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will support children with their learning, development and daily routines while working closely with existing nursery teams to provide a safe and positive environment.

The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
• Experience working with children within an Early Years setting
• A good understanding of Early Childhood Play, Learning and Care (ECPLC) in Wales
• The ability to adapt confidently to different nursery environments
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children
• Reliability and flexibility
