Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to provide flexible cover across Bridgend settings. You will support children's learning, development and daily routines, working with nursery teams to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

You should have a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent), experience in an Early Years setting and a good understanding of ECPLC in Wales. The role offers market-leading pay, CPD courses via My-Progression, and a 24/7 consultant support

Salary: £14.80 - £15.55 per hour

Do you have a good understanding of Early Childhood Play, Learning and Care (ECPLC) in Wales and enjoy supporting children through play-based learning?

Are you adaptable, reliable and confident working across a range of Early Years settings?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mix of private day nurseries, Flying Start settings and Cylch Meithrins across Bridgend. These settings provide welcoming and engaging environments where children are encouraged to learn, develop and build their confidence through play.

We are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to provide flexible support across a range of Early Years settings. The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will support children with their learning, development and daily routines while working closely with existing nursery teams to provide a safe and positive environment.

The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
• Experience working with children within an Early Years setting
• A good understanding of Early Childhood Play, Learning and Care (ECPLC) in Wales
• The ability to adapt confidently to different nursery environments
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children
• Reliability and flexibility
