Job summary

Learning Curve Group is seeking experienced Freelance Tutors to deliver Level 3 Autism and SEN programmes in Adult Skills. The role blends face-to-face classroom sessions with tutor-led online learning to support adult learners in achieving industry-recognised qualifications within social care and education sectors.

You will deliver one or more programmes, including L3 Certificate in Understanding Autism and L3 Certificate in the Principles of SEN.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Teaching Qualification
• Hold Assessing Qualification
• Relevant Occupational Experience in Sector you are applying for
• Level 3 and above sector qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality face-to-face & remote teaching sessions
• Create an inclusive, learner-centred environment promoting participation and achievement
• Assess learner performance and provide underpinning knowledge to meet qualification requirements
• Provide timely online feedback to support learner progression and achievement
• Monitor learner progress and implement intervention strategies when required
• Adapt teaching to learners with differing abilities and learning styles
• Ensure teaching, learning and assessment meet awarding body standards and internal quality requirements
• Provide regular learner support, feedback and progression guidance
• Promote learner wellbeing and positive outcomes throughout the journey
• Maintain learner records and progress tracking documentation
• Adhere to safeguarding, Prevent and health & safety policies
