• Currently studying for or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience creating presentations, digital content or communications.
• Interest in learning, people development, digital technology or AI.
• Experience using data to identify trends or insights.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning programmes and events.
• Create learning materials, guides and supporting resources.
• Maintain learning content across platforms and systems.
• Support rollout of capability-building initiatives.
• Design presentations and visual learning materials.
• Research learning trends, emerging technologies and best practice.
• Produce reports on learning activity and engagement.
• Analyze learner feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
