Responsibilities

• Support L&D Partners to build stakeholder relationships and translate priorities into learning needs.
• Collect and analyse skills, engagement and performance data to identify capability gaps and measure impact of learning.
• Contribute to digital-first learning solutions and blended programmes for on-the-job learning.
• Support future-skills initiatives in data, digital and AI to keep pace with change.
• Help embed a continuous learning culture through onboarding and mandatory learning initiatives.
