Job Description:

Role: Learning & Development Specialist (HRIS Rollout)

Contract: 6 months initially, likely to extend

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: West London

Signet is excited to partner with a globally recognized FMCG brand to hire an L&D specialist. This role involves supporting the rollout and adoption of a new HRIS system across the organization, starting in EMEA and expanding beyond. The specialist will be crucial in designing and delivering training that ensures employees, managers, and HR teams are confident and proficient with the new system.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with exposure to various departments and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, quick reference guides, and virtual sessions.
  2. Collaborate with the HRIS project team to understand system functionalities, user roles, and process changes.
  3. Develop tailored learning plans for different user groups.
  4. Coordinate training schedules aligned with the HRIS implementation timeline.
  5. Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to HR teams and local champions, including train-the-trainer sessions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Experience in L&D, especially with system or technology rollouts.
  2. International experience is a plus.
  3. Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  4. Strong instructional design skills to create engaging and accessible learning experiences.
  5. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and systems training. You will work closely with HR, IT, and implementation partners to ensure a seamless, user-focused learning journey. Reporting directly to the Director of L&D, you will collaborate with various teams.
