Here at Dunelm, our Learning and Development team provides valuable, constructive learning and support to every colleague within their individual department and roles, ensuring all training remains relevant, impactful, and informative.

You will be the go-to person for all things related to learning and development – from designing engaging training programs to delivering them in ways that truly resonate. All your creations will align with our strategy, values, and team dynamics. A significant part of your role will involve nurturing a learning culture where colleagues feel encouraged to grow and explore new ideas. Whether it’s a hands-on workshop, a bite-sized webinar, or a self-led online resource, you will tailor these to meet needs and ensure they feel integrated into our environment.
