Selborne is a bold £1 billion, 12-year transformation of Royal Navy training, led by Capita and a consortium known as Team Fisher. This LDO role supports Service Personnel at HMS Sultan, Portsmouth, helping them transition to civilian life with expert resettlement guidance and access to education and career opportunities.

You’ll work with the LDO Hub Team Leader to promote funded learning, deliver L&D interviews, and maintain education records in JPA.

Competenze

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise resources effectively.
• Flexible/adaptable to change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (M365).
• Any qualification in education/teaching or learning & development.

Mansioni

• Provide ongoing learning and development advice to Service Personnel.
• Promote funded external learning opportunities, including e-learning.
• Promote LDO Hub services using various media.
• Deliver L&D interviews and support learners.
• Maintain education records in JPA.
• Coordinate learning credit schemes.
• Organise L&D open days and unit briefings.
• Raise awareness of Resettlement support and provide guidance per policy.
