Role: L&D Admin Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits
Location: Dunstable, hybrid working, minimum 3 days per week in the office.

Our Learning Management System (LMS) is key to this mission, supporting tens of thousands of our team members across the UK. We’re looking for a Learning & Development Admin Manager to ensure its smooth operation and to keep our training programs industry-leading.
As L&D Admin Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for all training admin, ensuring programs run efficiently and effectively. You’ll manage delegate bookings, training coordination, support our learning systems, and help ensure our people have what they need to excel daily.
Reporting to the Head of People Shared Services, you will lead a team of three and collaborate closely with L&D to ensure seamless system access and content delivery for both support and operational teams.
