• Validate files against internal standards and regulatory thresholds.
• Track and reassess KYC cases within agreed timelines.
• Escalate regulatory and quality queries with stakeholders globally.
• Stay updated on global KYC regulation and firm policies.
• Liaise with KYC makers to remediate issues.
