Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a KYC Onboarding Analyst on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment, in Edinburgh or Birmingham. The hybrid role supports KYB/KYC activities and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will deliver accurate, high-quality work, build relationships with stakeholders, and mentor on processes while prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. A strong customer focus and continuous learning are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of KYB/KYC requirements and understanding of corporate structures.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and managing expectations.
• A risk and compliance mindset with ability to identify and escalate issues.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused approach and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Nice-to-have: Lean/Six Sigma or Systems Thinking and policy-awareness.

Job Title: KYC Onboarding Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment

Salary: £33,203

Location(s): Edinburgh and Birmingham

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours

• And experience of the following would be great:
• Continuous improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma or Systems Thinking
• Understanding of company-wide policies and how to apply them in practice
• Technical understanding in how the Group is organised
