Job summary

Pax2pay Ltd. is seeking a CDD Analyst to join the Onboarding Team in the UK. You will conduct initial and ongoing due diligence, including AML/KYB checks, PEP/sanctions screening, and monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance across the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the Onboarding Manager and wider teams to maintain accurate records, improve monitoring rules, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client due diligence role within financial services.
• Proven experience performing KYC/KYB checks for business clients, including reviewing corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and company registration documents.
• Strong practical understanding of risk-based approaches to onboarding and customer due diligence.
• Good understanding of UK (FCA) and European regulations and financial industry compliance standards.
• Experience using onboarding and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to collect required documentation and clarify missing or incomplete details.
• Verify customer identification, business registration, and ownership structures in line with regulatory standards.
• Independently review documentation and perform KYC/KYB checks, submitting completed checks for final sign-off.
• Perform KYC refreshes (annual or risk-based) to keep data accurate.
• Review and action ongoing screening matches (PEPs, sanctions, adverse media) and escalate hits.
• Prepare onboarding summaries and regulatory/audit packs.
