Job summary

Carta, Inc. in London is hiring a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to own the KYC request lifecycle, and to be the primary compliance guide for clients.

You will review KYC documentation for AML/KYC compliance, maintain audit-ready records, and stay ahead of evolving global regulations to keep Carta’s posture up to date. 1–2+ years of regulatory experience is expected, ICA/ACAMS a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented under pressure and able to handle high volumes.
• Confident in client conversations with senior stakeholders.
• 1-2+ years of regulatory experience with global KYC/AML frameworks.
• ICA/ACAMS certifications are a plus but not required.
• Proactive decision-maker with independent judgment.
• Experience with offshore entities (e.g., Cayman/Luxembourg) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle from intake to resolution.
• Be the client's compliance guide for global KYC requirements.
• Review and validate KYC documentation for AML/KYC compliance.
• Maintain airtight records in Carta's systems for audit trails.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations globally and apply updates.
