Carta, the connected platform for private capital, is hiring a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to own the KYC request lifecycle, guide clients on global requirements, and ensure AML/KYC standards are met. You will review documentation, maintain records, and stay ahead of evolving regulations, supporting a high-volume, client-facing environment for asset managers and private equity firms.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of regulatory experience with global KYC/AML frameworks
• Familiarity with ICA/ACAMS certifications is a plus
• Ability to interpret and apply global KYC requirements in practice

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle from intake to resolution, ensuring no requests are missed
• Serve as the primary client contact for KYC inquiries with clear, confident guidance
• Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all KYC requests and documentation
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations and update daily processes accordingly
