Job summary

The Fusion Academy in Barwell is seeking a secondary teacher to deliver across KS3, with flexibility to cover a range of subjects and to teach your specialist area.

You will also lead our bespoke social communication curriculum, act as a form tutor, and help pupils develop life skills for their next steps. Applications from ECTs are welcome.

Salary is MPS/UPS with SEN allowance; start January 2027; closing date 08 October 2026; interview 14 October.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to teach across Key Stage 3 and adapt to multiple subjects.
• Willingness to deliver across a range of year groups.
• Ability to plan and deliver a bespoke social communication curriculum.
