Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the KS3 Resource Base in the school.
• Deliver targeted SEN and pastoral programmes of work.
• Liaise with families and external agencies; manage student behaviour.
• Line-manage Learning Mentors within the Resource Base.
• Collaborate with specialists to support curriculum delivery.
