KS3-4 Behaviour Mentor - Full Time, Plymouth

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about supporting young people in overcoming challenges? We are seeking compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentors for short-term roles in secondary special needs schools in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact within a large Trust, working full-time.

About the School:

The trust caters to children across KS3-4 with SEMH, Autism, and challenging behaviours.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Strong behaviour management skills
  2. Willingness to learn and develop
  3. Long-term commitment to the role
  4. UK driving license and own car (preferred for prioritization)
  5. Right to work in the UK
  6. Up-to-date CV with two relevant references within the last 2 years
  7. DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education
