Prospero Teaching is looking for a KS3/4 English and Drama teacher for an Ofsted Good Secondary school in Bury. You will be responsible for teaching English to KS3 and KS4, with some KS3 Drama lessons included. The timetable is suitable for an ECT seeking support during induction or an experienced teacher looking for a long-term supply position.
The school is progressing well and offers CPD throughout the year. It is easily accessible via M60, M61, and A666, making it ideal for teachers based in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, or West Yorkshire.
The school maintains positive behaviour with a proactive pastoral team. All teachers have a form class, and you will be assigned a Year 7 form. The English/Creative faculty actively participates in school productions, and staff are encouraged to get involved.
The role is open to NQTs/ECTs and experienced teachers. You will be paid to scale from day one, with protected PPA time. We are eager to discuss this opportunity with qualified teachers soon.

- Up-to-date Safeguarding training within the last year
