Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong grasp of the Upper Key Stage 2 National Curriculum requirements.
• Proven ability to differentiate for mixed-ability groups and SEND.
• Passion for fostering curiosity and a love of learning in primary pupils.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned to the National Curriculum.
• Teach and assess pupils in Upper Key Stage 2; support progress across subjects.
• Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments where applicable.
• Differentiate teaching to meet needs of varying abilities, including SEND.
• Promote positive behaviour and high expectations within a supportive environment.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues to support learning.
