Job summary

Bright Heart Education's tuition agency is seeking experienced tutors with excellent written and spoken English to support KS2 students in East Grinstead. This is a self-employed, part-time tutoring role designed for tutors who can work flexibly around their commitments and who are committed to SEN needs.

We provide ongoing professional development, DBS checks, and access to CPD through TES Develop, plus travel contributions per journey, a Tutor of the Month award, and incentives for hours

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of tutoring/teaching experience in the UK.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong subject knowledge in the tuition subject(s).
• University qualification or studying towards one and A-levels.
• Passion for teaching and SEN work.
• SEN tutoring/teaching experience.

Responsibilities

Bright Heart Education’s tuition agency (an employment business) seeks experienced tutors with excellent written and spoken English - experience working with students with SEN needs is strongly desired. We require tutors who can support with KS2 in East Grinstead.

Qualifications

All candidates must have the right to work in the UK and a current Enhanced DBS certificate (with a check of the children’s barred list) before commencing any tutoring assignments (we can apply on behalf of a candidate if not currently held). Candidates must also provide 2 relevant professional references and a parent reference. Candidates who have lived / worked overseas in the last 5 years will also need to provide certain overseas checks, including a police certificate.
