You will assist with class activities, deliver targeted interventions, and collaborate with teachers to meet individual learning needs. An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a valid DBS are essential.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• A caring, nurturing approach with a passion for supporting children’s development.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning and wellbeing across KS2, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Delivering targeted interventions to help children overcome barriers to learning and improve progress.
• Assisting with classroom activities and covering whole-class teaching when required.
• Collaborating effectively with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
