Lancashire County Council is recruiting a teaching assistant for Fulwood St Peter's Church of England Primary School and Nursery in Preston to join a happy, dynamic staff.

You will support pupils in KS2, supervise lunchtimes, and help run small group interventions; part-time term-time only with pro-rata pay. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to maintain high standards and foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or above qualification or equivalent.
• Level 2 English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in class and provide intervention programmes.
• Assist with lunchtime supervision and small group work.
• Work as part of a team with good communication skills.
