Job summary

Moorhouse Academy, part of The Watergrove Trust, is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support teaching and learning across the school. Initial deployment will be within KS2, with opportunities to support across other areas at the discretion of the Senior Team.

You will work alongside staff to support families and contribute to continuous school improvement, with excellent CPD opportunities available within the school and Trust.

Qualifications

• TA Level 3 to support teaching and learning across school.
• Initial deployment will be within KS2.
• Appointment subject to pre-employment clearances including safeguarding checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals or small groups with SEND.
• Deliver and lead interventions to support learning in class.
• Support learning of groups within classroom settings and provide ad hoc cover for teacher absence.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons when required.
