Responsibilities

• Assist with managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive attitudes to learning.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
• Help monitor and record pupil progress and achievements.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents where appropriate.
