Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Northwich. The role is full-time, starting 5th October, with hours 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will support a mixed Year 5/6 class and assist with day-to-day classroom management as well as 1:1 pupil support.

The school welcomes applicants with KS2 experience and provides DBS processing support, with the DBS cost refunded. A positive, welcoming team environment is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Proof of Right to Work (passport or birth certificate).
• CV covering 10 years of education or employment.
• Fully enhanced DBS certificate, or willing to process one (DBS cost refunded).

Responsibilities

• Support in a mixed Year 5/6 class and day-to-day running of the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 support to individual pupils as needed.
• Assist the class teacher with daily tasks and routines.
