Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a Primary KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rochdale. The role can be on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis starting in September.

You’ll join a supportive team focused on pupil wellbeing, inclusivity and consistency across year groups. This is a great opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced assistants to become a familiar face in the school.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning in individuals and small groups.
• Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and resources.
• Promote positive behaviour and a calm, safe learning environment.
• Support pupil wellbeing and safeguarding in line with school procedures.
• Adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles while communicating with staff.
