Job summary

Cavendish Primary School in Bradford is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join our Key Stage 2 team. You will support children’s learning through high-quality classroom interactions, targeted interventions and personalised support, helping each pupil to develop confidence, independence and resilience.

Working with experienced staff, you will assist with assessment of pupils’ progress and help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with primary-aged children, ideally within a Key Stage 2 setting.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
