Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with KS2 experience to support pupils with high SEN needs in a busy primary setting.

This full-time role requires resilience, strong behaviour management, and the ability to hit the ground running to provide consistent, positive support. The ideal candidate will be confident managing challenging behaviour in a fast-paced KS2 environment and will build strong relationships with pupils, teachers and families to help pupils

Qualifications

• KS2 experience essential.
• Experience supporting pupils with high SEN needs.
