Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking a qualified KS2 teacher for a Hayes, West London primary school. This long-term temporary role starts January 2027 and is full-time, 8:15am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday with medium class sizes and supportive leadership.

You will plan and deliver lessons across the KS2 curriculum, assess progress, maintain safeguarding standards and work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil development, with pay in the Outer London Main Pay Range (£39,196–£52,241).

• QTS is required to teach KS2.
• Experience delivering planning, delivery and assessment for KS2.

The Role

• Plan and deliver lessons across the KS2 curriculum, adapting teaching to meet pupils' learning needs.
• Assess pupils' progress and use this information to inform future planning.
• Establish clear classroom routines and maintain positive behaviour expectations.
• Create an inclusive learning environment where pupils are supported to make progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the phase to support teaching and learning.
• Maintain accurate records and follow the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies.

School and Working Details

• Location: Hayes, West London.
• School: Three-form entry primary school.
• Start date: January 2027.
• Contract: Long-term temporary assignment, with the expected end date to be confirmed.
• Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Hours: 8:15am-4:00pm.
• Class sizes: Medium-sized classes.
• Leadership: Supportive senior leadership team.
• Parking: On-site parking available.
• Salary: 39,196- 52,241 per annum, equivalent to the 2026/27 Outer London Main Pay Range (M1-M6), subject to confirmation of the school's pay arrangements and the applicable pay point. Actual earnings for a temporary assignment will reflect the period and days worked.
