Academics is seeking a KS2 Teacher to support a Primary School near Southampton city centre. You will deliver engaging lessons, manage behaviour, and maintain a positive classroom environment.

The role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time supply work across Southampton, with competitive daily pay. Successful candidates will join a friendly recruitment team providing ongoing support and guidance.

Formación

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Recent experience teaching KS2 is essential.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills are expected.
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality teaching across day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply placements.
• Teach pre-planned lessons and adapt delivery to meet pupils' needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support pupils' academic progress, confidence, and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with school staff and adhere to safeguarding and school policies.
