Academics Ltd are currently recruiting Primary Teachers to work with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Southampton.

We offer daily supply, short-term and long-term positions, plus temp-to-perm and permanent opportunities. Flexible full- and part-time work is available.

Salary from £130 per day, with pay determined by qualifications and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• QTS is required for the role.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one through Academics.

Responsibilities

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Be able to commit to school hours of 8:30am – 3:30pm.
• Have a valid DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for/pay for a DBS through Academics.
• Be reliable, professional and enthusiastic.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Be available for full-time or part-time work.
