• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

• Assess and record pupil progress when required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life during longer-term placements.
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
