Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and guide pupils through the crucial middle years of their education. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as KS2 Teacher:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils.

Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all abilities within the class.

Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Contribute to the wider school life, including clubs, trips, and events.

Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and academic achievement.

Ideal KS2 Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.

A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a KS2 Teacher.

A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning.

A passion for helping children reach their full potential in a supportive and engaging environment.
