We’re Hiring: KS2 Teacher

Location: Mitcham (CR4)
Position: KS2 Teacher

We are looking for a KS2 Teacher who is ready to engage, motivate, and challenge our students, helping them reach their full potential while fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum that inspire curiosity and encourage critical thinking.
2. Supporting and guiding students’ learning journeys, both academically and personally, to help them achieve their goals.
3. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, confident, and motivated.
4. Collaborating with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every student.
5. Encouraging and developing independent learning, problem-solving skills, and resilience in your students.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A qualified teacher with experience in teaching KS2.
2. Creativity and energy to bring lessons to life and make learning exciting and memorable.
3. A passionate advocate for children’s education, with a commitment to their social and emotional development as well as academic success.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
5. A team player who is ready to collaborate and share ideas to create a fantastic learning environment.
