Job description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated KS2 Teachers to join various schools around Enfield. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to children in Key Stage 2, ensuring they develop essential skills in literacy, numeracy, and personal development. Beginning ASAP in February 2025.

Duties as a KS2 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to support different learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to support each child’s development.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils at all times.

Ideal KS2 Teacher:

• A degree in Education or a related subject.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and child development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching as a KS2 Teacher.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
