Step Teachers is seeking a motivated KS2 Teacher to join their dedicated team in England. This role offers the opportunity to create engaging lessons and support pupil development while working within a supportive educational environment. Ideal candidates will hold QTS and have experience in Key Stage 2.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences for pupils in Key Stage 2. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a KS2 Teacher:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
Contribute to the development of the KS2 curriculum and wider school initiatives
Support the social, emotional and academic growth of all pupils
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Demonstrate strong classroom management and planning skills as a KS2 Teacher.
Be committed to inclusive education and raising pupil achievement
Be reflective, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic teaching team
