Your new role

We are seeking Supply Teachers willing to work flexibly; this role is ideal for gaining experience in different educational settings or supplementing your income. Whether you want to work occasionally or regularly, supply teaching allows you to choose your preferred schools and work schedule. We offer various roles including long-term, contract, permanent, and day-to-day assignments. We also provide CV writing and interview preparation support to help you advance your career.

What you'll need to succeed

To register with Hays, you should be passionate, motivated, and eager to succeed in teaching. Core requirements include at least 2 months of recent teaching experience within the last 4 years (including university placements), the right to work in the UK, and QTS. If you lack QTS or recent teaching experience, you may register as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor if you've worked with children for at least 1 month in the past 4 years.
