Job summary

Class Mate Education Limited is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils at a primary school in NG5. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, with a focus on literacy and numeracy interventions.

You will work with teachers and the SEND team to promote positive behaviour and safeguarding, adapting activities to meet individual needs. September start, full-time, £100-£105 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEND.
• Primary school or classroom experience.
• Good understanding of individual learning needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Patient and consistent approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND across KS2.
