Job summary

Class Mate Education Limited is seeking a KS1 Teacher for a primary school in NG12. You will plan and deliver KS1 lessons, support early reading and maths, and assess pupil progress.

Class Mate is recruiting for a KS1 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in NG12. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys creating engaging lessons and helping young pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons across the National Curriculum
• Support early reading, phonics and mathematics
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
• Promote positive behaviour and strong classroom routines
• Support pupils with SEND and different learning needs
• Work collaboratively with the wider school team

We're Looking For

• QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification
• KS1 teaching experience
• Good understanding of phonics and early reading
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
