Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Macclesfield, seeking a passionate Year 6 Teacher to join their committed team from September 2025. This is a great opportunity for ECT’s looking to start their career or experienced teachers looking for a new and exciting change.
About the Role:
Teaching and Learning: Delivering high-quality, engaging, and differentiated lessons that inspire a love of learning and support strong pupil progress
Leadership: Take responsibility for preparing pupils for the end-of-Key Stage 2 SAT’s with a calm, encouraging, and structured approach
Pupil wellbeing: Promote the social, emotional, and personal development of pupils, helping them become confident and resilient learners
Curriculum development: Contribute to planning and curriculum enrichment opportunities, ensuring coverage of all core subjects
Assessment: Use data effectively to track progress, inform planning, and provide targeted support/intervention where needed
Transition: Support pupils transition to secondary school with effective communication and collaboration with secondary staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
