KS2 Primary Teacher (Year 3 Teacher)

ASAP Start

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Year 3 Primary Teacher for an Ofsted "Good" Primary school in Kingston Upon Thames.

This leafy green school is a popular three-form entry mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and provides training to all staff.

The position is open to experienced teachers under the M1-M6 pay scale. Depending on performance, the school may extend the contract or offer a permanent position.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Type of work – planning, preparation, marking, parents' evenings, etc.
• Start date – ASAP
• Duration – 2 terms until end of the academic year in July 2025 (potential to turn permanent)
• Contract type – Contracted
• Pay scale – M1-M6
• Hours – 8:15 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND QUALIFICATIONS

• QTS or equivalent
• Minimum 2/3 years of Key Stage 1 teaching experience in the UK
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
