Qualifications

• Ability to produce clear, structured, high-quality lesson plans.
• Good understanding of differentiation, assessment for learning, and inclusive teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly and medium-term lesson plans for Key Stage 2.
• Create engaging, differentiated lessons so all children can progress.
• Ensure planning aligns with the National Curriculum and school policies.
• Incorporate strategies to support pupils of varying abilities, including SEND.
• Prepare resources that promote pupil engagement and independent learning.
• Adapt planning in response to assessment outcomes and learning needs.
• Manage behaviour effectively to keep pupils safe.
• Work with a teaching assistant to plan interventions.
